Just so you know this will approximately include the premium and sport packages, automatic transmission and comfort access systems! At this price you simply cannot afford not to bid!

In the event BMW changes it’s models prior to auction close winner will receive the 3-series model that most closely represents the auction description of equal or GREATER value! Either way it’s a brand new BMW so you can’t lose!
The Unique Bid Corporation reserves right to buy the car at the dealership of it’s choice. All shipping expenses, should any be incurred, will be paid by The Unique Bid Corporation with the exception of a $50 flat fee to residents of
Warranty coverage will be based on the then current polices of BMW.
Auction winner will be responsible for transfer tax based upon the bid of winning auction and state of transfer. The Unique Bid Corporation will assume tax liability for any amount in excess of $500. For example, winning bid of $350 would have sales and or transfer tax due on that amount, not the retail amount.
Delivery will not exceed 45 days unless agreed to by buyer and seller or constrained by manufacturer.
